We are seeking an experienced and dynamic team member to help build our B2B and Trade Accounts team at Havenly. As the B2B and Trade Account Exec, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with business clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple brands and directly impact a growing audience.
This is a full-time hire with a preferred location in Southern California.

Job Requirements

Establish relationships with current and past Trade customers to increase repeat frequency and drive LTV.
Identify new business opportunities and increase conversion, average order value (AOV) and units-per-transaction (UPT) within the West Coast (focus area of California with opportunity to expand)
Partner on building the internal B2B strategy and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across various industries such as hospitality, corporate offices, and commercial real estate.
Cross-sell customers and drive a seamless experience across the portfolio of brands
Work closely with CX, Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experience
Consistently manage your book of business through our CRM platform with the ability to keep things extremely organized and up-to-date
Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies / market dynamics to make informed business decisions.
Opportunity to introduce new brands and benefits into the program
Ability to travel frequently to meet with current clients and build new relationships
