Job Description

HEWN is a multi-line, high-end furniture, lighting, textile, and home accessories showroom located in the San Francisco Design District that offers a unique methodology for design professionals that streamlines their workflow and focuses on building relationships with their clients. We are seeking an experienced and motivated inside and outside sales representative to join our sales team and help service our clients in Northern California. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, commission structure, and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through sales calls, meetings, and follow-up communication
- Regularly communicate with our accounts through phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods
- Help achieve the monthly sales objectives set by the sales department
- Demonstrate techniques for successful follow-up that foster trust and solidify relationships with our accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new business opportunities

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the home goods or furniture industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in Google Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
