Job Description

Manage and nurture client relationships with The Invisible Collection to ensure exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
Share updates on new collections, prepare sales quotes, and oversee project progress.
Collaborate with ateliers to create custom quotes, order samples, and support sales conversions.
Drive new client relationships and nurture existing ones through consistent follow-up.
Provide accurate and timely reports to East Coast management, including call reporting and business updates.
Compile prospective customer leads using various sources, such as industry directories, trade shows, and online research.
Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and solicit orders.
Engage with clients both in person and via phone, showcasing products using samples or sales collateral.
Estimate delivery timelines based on production schedules and communicate them to customers.
Be accountable for individual sales goals as set by management.

Job Requirements

Significant sales experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the luxury sector, with a strong interest in architecture and/or interior design.
Exceptional client service skills and responsiveness to inquiries.
Proven ability to create and maintain productive client and colleague relationships.
Skilled in managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Organized, flexible, approachable, and solutions-oriented.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in French is advantageous but not required.
