Job Description

Ashe Leandro is seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Studio Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our New York studio.

The Studio Manager plays a central role in ensuring the studio runs efficiently and professionally, supporting leadership and project teams across office operations, logistics, procurement, vendor coordination, and administrative needs. This position requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, adaptable, and highly organized, with an interest in supporting a creative studio and helping both people and processes operate smoothly.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, office supplies, vendor coordination, and general studio needs.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and well-functioning office environment, including coordination of equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Coordinate meetings, deliveries, and internal communications across the studio.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with leadership and HR.
• Assist design teams with procurement, inventory management, and sample organization.
• Track deliveries and shipments and coordinate with vendors as required.
• Manage invoices and maintain accurate financial and administrative documentation.
• Support studio events, internal communications, and initiatives that contribute to a positive studio culture.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Respond proactively to changing studio needs and help identify practical solutions to operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 3-5 years of office or studio management experience, preferably within a design, architecture, or creative environment.
• Experience with procurement and vendor coordination preferred.
• Experience with Studio Designer is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic accounting tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Professional, discreet, and accountable, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
