Job Description

KGBL, a premier luxury furniture manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Showroom Sales Manager to passionately drive sales and client relationships, positioning our brand as a memorable and influential presence in the luxury A&D community. As an ambassador of the KGBL brand, you will build and transform strong client relationships, expand market presence, and ensure the showroom meets luxury standards in our New York City location.

Job Requirements:
-Monitor Showroom performance and proactively drive sales while fostering a client-first culture that prioritizes their needs
-Execute local sales strategies that align with brand goals to enhance showroom performance
-Engage clients to meet both individual and showroom sales targets, manage accounts, and develop new business opportunities
-Build strong relationships with existing and potential A&D clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored design solutions
-Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer service
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, industry events, and professional networks
-Achieve a benchmark of 12 outreach appointments per month, expanding the client base and increasing overall sales
-Manage all showroom sales, orders, display, and production to ensure smooth operations
-Collaborate with the production manager to handle new orders, schedules, payments, invoices, and inventory
-Monitor and report on individual and showroom sales performance
-Develop and manage sales forecasts, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets
-Use sales data and customer feedback to refine approaches and improve the effectiveness of sales
-Oversee daily showroom operations to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure brand consistency
-Support the Operations Manager by streamlining processes related to quoting, invoicing, logistics, order processing, and payments

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the home luxury goods industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the A&D industry, including product knowledge and market dynamics.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
