CBB Design Firm is seeking an exceptional Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing, award-winning luxury interior design firm in beautiful Morganton, North Carolina.
We are looking for a highly experienced, detail-oriented design professional who combines technical expertise, creative vision, and a passion for exceptional cabinetry and kitchen and bath design.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic firm working on high-end residential and commercial projects alongside a talented team of designers, architects, and project managers.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen and bath design experience
* Wood-Mode and Medallion Cabinetry training/certification and demonstrated product proficiency required
* Advanced proficiency in 2020 Design software required
* Extensive knowledge of custom cabinetry, construction methods, materials, and finishes
* Ability to produce accurate cabinet layouts, elevations, detailed drawings, and specifications
* Experience with cabinetry ordering, pricing, and manufacturer requirements
* Strong understanding of kitchen and bath construction, installation, and project coordination
* Excellent communication, organizational, and client presentation skills
* Ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept through installation
* NKBA certification (AKBD or CKBD) highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and custom cabinetry projects
* Create detailed designs, technical drawings, renderings, and specifications using 2020 Design
* Prepare accurate cabinetry quotes, orders, and manufacturer documentation
* Collaborate with clients, builders, architects, and internal project management teams
* Coordinate cabinetry selections, finishes, hardware, and functional design details
* Review all orders and specifications for accuracy prior to submission
* Oversee design coordination through production and installation
* Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
