LeBlanc Design is seeking a Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our team. This is a full time, in office position based in our South End office. The Senior Designer/Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of interior design projects from concept through completion. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing high-value, detail-driven projects, coordinating teams, overseeing budgets and schedules, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors. The ideal candidate combines strong operational with a skill set and understanding of design intent and company standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in interior design project management
Experience with high-end residential and/or luxury commercial projects
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD, Design Manager, Adobe Suite
