The Sales Support Associate - Trade is responsible for achieving budgeted sales goals aligned to the trade customer through inbound and outbound sales interactions, branding, customer engagement/training, event management, and marketing to build presence within the Trade customer base.
Execute sales strategies related to the Trade customer in the achievement of budgeted goals; including but not limited to, inbound/outbound sales calls, cold-calling, marketing strategies, and customer support.
Provide high-quality customer service and support to the Trade customer base to achieve long-term relationships and brand engagement.
Establish, track, and report on sales projects and key metrics in adherence to established deadlines.
Utilize customer feedback to generate business case ideas for future growth and change.
Identify and participate in brand marketing related activities to promote brand awareness; including, but not limited to, social media campaigns, industry event participation - i.e. trade shows, etc.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending manufacturer trainings and research accordingly.
Identify and report website issues and fixes to appropriate parties.
Collaborate as a team to meet and exceed goals collectively.
