Made Goods and Pigeon & Poodle are on the hunt for a dynamic, results-driven West Coast Sales Manager to lead and inspire our domestic sales team of independent contractors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive sales growth in the West Coast region by developing targeted sales strategies and training a team of motivated sales reps to achieve their goals. You will also foster and strengthen relationships with our valued customer base, ensuring that they receive top-tier service and support.

Reporting directly to the Directors of Sales, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to achieve our business objectives, all while leading a team to deliver outstanding results. What you can offer us:
• Oversee and manage a team of independent sales representatives for Made Goods/Pigeon & Poodle, organized by region, account size, focus, or composition.
• Lead the training and professional development of sales representatives to meet established sales targets, as determined by management.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve issues and ensure optimal sales performance.
• Collaborate with Directors of Sales to address requirements at national sales meetings, trade shows, and other key company events.
• Travel to support and engage with sales representatives and clients as necessary.
• Attend trade shows and corporate meetings as required to represent the brand.
• Collaborate with external accounts in partnership with the Directors of Sales to drive business growth.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify relevant market opportunities.
• Bachelor degree in Business or related major
• 5+ years of proven sales leadership with specific, relevant experience in the sales of high end furniture
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)
• Critical and strategic in applying data to identify opportunities
• Thrives in fast paced and changing environment
• Demonstrates initiative and strategic decision making
• Collaborative approach to results
• Excellent people, time management and research skills
• Strong verbal/written skills
• Persuasive manner with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluency in Spanish, or other foreign language, is highly preferred
• International experience preferred but not required.
