Job Description

Nordic Knots is looking for a Sales Manager- Designer Trade & DTC. You have a genuine interest in interior design and knowledge and experience in the industry. You have great experience in sales and know how to create satisfaction and loyalty with your customers. You are organized, service minded, and a doer who can keep several tasks going at the same time.

Role and responsibilities:
You will manage our sales team, process and playbook. You will build our network of trade and interior design clients. With your previous experience and existing network you should be able to perfect the process for how this is done at Nordic Knots. You will have a key role in how we develop our Nordic Knots PRO platform in the future. You will be responsible for both high volume trade clients and everyday DTC sales. You understand e-commerce and know how to create sales driving activities for a digital landscape.

Some of your goals will be to:
Convert more potential customers to actual customers.
Increase conversion with sales driving strategies and tactics.
Improve our sales language. In per-to-per digital sales touch points.
Successfully manage the sales customer service team.
Set sales targets and manage reporting.
Create more successful launches/introductions of new collections.

Nordic Knots was founded in New York in 2016 on the Scandinavian tradition of functional design with a minimalist aesthetic. We use only high-quality materials and ethical production practices to create great rugs that last. We know it sounds simple, but we know it’s not easy to find rugs that look right, feel right, and are made right. Today the head office is located at Tegnergatan in central Stockholm. We have a constantly growing team in both Stockholm and New York.
