Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth as identified by the Director of Sales and CEO.
Partner with the Director of Sales to develop joint initiatives and campaigns that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Spearhead the implementation and improvement of sales processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Client Management:
Conduct client meetings and studio tours to showcase our products and services, identify client needs, and propose customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and delivery.

Sales Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases, product catalogs, and sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Process orders, handle inquiries, and provide order updates to clients, ensuring timely and efficient order processing and delivery..
Maintain organized email correspondence with clients, addressing inquiries, order confirmations, statuses, delays, and logistics handoffs.

Job Requirements

Related Skills and Abilities:

3+ years in commercial furniture sales, strong network in design community
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proven multitasking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Efficient time management and prioritization skills
Resourceful problem-solving ability
Keen attention to detail and precision
Strong organizational and data management skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace, WordPress, and CRM software
Creative proficiency in design tools like Figma and Photoshop
Effective communication and superior customer service
Passion for design and ceramics a plus
Positive attitude fostering collaboration and teamwork
Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt to changing circumstances
Openness to receiving and implementing feedback for continuous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year plus commission bonus structure
