- Represent the Maiden Home brand with professionalism, polished communication, and an impeccable personal appearance.

- Lead, coach, and develop teams with confidence, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail environments.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams with superior organizational and leadership skills.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Proven track record of inspiring and motivating both yourself and your team to achieve high performance.

- Unwavering commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.

- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving both short-term and long-term goals.

- Willingness to learn from mistakes, proactively seek constructive feedback, and continuously improve performance.

- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Applications.

- Ability to work weekends.
