Sherle Wagner International is seeking a Regional Showroom Manager, responsible for growing our residential sales in the Southwest Market. The position is based out of our Dallas showroom, located in the Dallas Design District. This individual should be sales driven with an understanding of the designer client base or other high-end markets. Outreach is a significant part of this role, in addition to running the day-to-day operation of the showroom. Qualifications:
- Significant experience in sales, including prospecting and relationship building.
- Experience in the ultra-luxury market. The experience does not need to be in plumbing and hardware, or even in the design industry, but relevant industry a plus.
- Ability to create and maintain a network of interior designers, architects, specifiers, and end clients. Existing industry network a plus.
- A true “sales personality”: outgoing and persistent.
- Highly motivated. This person should be excited to learn and have confidence in their ability to sell.
- Ability to multitask, with excellent time management skills.
- Competence in fundamental business technology such as Microsoft word, email, and client management systems. Specific experience with SalesPad a plus.
Job Requirements:
- Manage the Dallas Design District showroom, including maintaining the space and inventory of display product.
- Prospect and initiate sales: this position does not rely on walk-ins.
- Conduct sales of complex products, including producing quotes and coordinating custom orders.
- Attend design industry events and other opportunities for marketing. Regional travel to job sites and industry events.
- Participate in hosting events at the showroom.
