Project Manager

Job Description

Studio Mason is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help manage residential projects from design development through construction, procurement, installation, and completion.

This is a hands-on role that combines project management, technical design documentation, client and vendor communication, and design presentation preparation. The ideal candidate can keep multiple complex projects organized while also producing the drawings and documentation needed to communicate Studio Mason's designs clearly to clients, contractors, architects, and trades.

This person does not need to be the lead creative voice on a project, but should have a strong design eye and the technical ability to translate the principals' design direction into polished, accurate, and buildable documentation.

The role requires someone who is equally comfortable preparing a detailed specification package, developing an AutoCAD elevation, creating a rendering for a client presentation, following up with a vendor, reviewing a construction schedule, or attending a site meeting with the project team.
