We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to serve as a brand ambassador for LIAIGRE in the New York, Long Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington DC and Eastern Canada, markets. This role is highly relationship-driven and consultative, requiring significant time in the field meeting with designers, architects, developers, and private clients in studios, offices, and project sites. The ideal candidate thrives in a specification-based environment and is motivated by building long-term, trust-based partnerships while driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients across the A+D, hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential sectors
-Cultivate long-standing relationships through attentive communication, product expertise, and elevated service
-Present and specify tailored design solutions aligned with each client’s vision, aesthetic, and functional objectives
-Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts
-Conduct regular in-person client visits and lead curated showroom presentations
-Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales operations, production, logistics, and leadership) to ensure seamless project execution
-Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LIAIGRE collections, customization capabilities, finishes, materials, and vendor partnerships
-Partner with leadership to define territory strategy, client engagement plans, and performance targets
-Represent LIAIGRE at trade shows, design events, and industry functions
-Accurately track sales activity, pipeline development, forecasts, and client interactions within NetSuite
-Prepare polished design presentations and proposals reflective of the LIAIGRE brand
The ideal candidate brings a service-first mindset, refined aesthetic sensibility, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build meaningful relationships with Designers, Architects and end users clients.
Required qualifications include:
-5+ years of experience in sales or account management within luxury goods, and high-end furniture
-Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
-Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with high-profile clients and key decision-makers
-Strong organizational and time-management
-Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with NetSuite is an asset
