We are seeking a motivated, design-driven Sales Associate to join our interior design showroom team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interiors, client relationships, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will work directly with designers, architects and trade professionals to guide product selections, develop relationships, and support projects from concept through completion.
Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist showroom clients and trade professionals
• Provide product knowledge and design guidance
• Generate and manage sales orders and quotations
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with designers and team members on project needs
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Follow up on leads and ongoing projects
Qualifications
• Sales experience preferred (interior design or home furnishings a plus)
• Passion for interior design and aesthetics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and order management software
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
