Bookkeeping or Accounting experience using Studio Designer, Design Manager, QuickBooks Online, Designer Advantage, Houzz Pro, MyDoma Studio, Design Files in an Interior Design Firm is highly desirable. Looking for experience with Microsoft Office 365, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS SharePoint.
Independent Bookkeepers and Accountants looking to build their practice are highly encouraged to apply.
Work is 100% remote using cloud based software. Flexible hours but candidates must be available to work and multi-task during normal business hours 5 days a week. Compensation range of $100K to $150K. $200K+ for highly qualified candidates who can manage a Team of Bookkeepers & Accountants.
Four Year degree in Accounting, QuickBooks Pro or CPA certification is highly desirable.
Candidate(s) must show the skills necessary to work remotely in "The Cloud" with our clients who are based in major metropolitan areas Nationwide.
Must have the necessary home or private office space, computer equipment, dual-monitors, printer and scanner to work remotely via the internet. Computer equipment and internet service must be recent and up to date in order to handle the latest cloud based applications.
Starting compensation is hourly and based upon previous Interior Design Bookkeeping/Accounting experience. Compensation increases over time based upon performance. This is a 1099 contract remote position with flexible hours. Compensation range of $100K to $150K. $200K+ for highly qualified candidates who can manage a Team of Bookkeepers & Accountants.
