We are seeking an Independent Sales Representative or Group to handle retail stores, designers, and stagers covering all or part of California and/or Nevada for a well established area rug line. As an independent representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing accounts. This role is an independent and flexible sales position which is paid on a commission basis and allows you to co-represent other non-competing home furnishing lines.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales manager to develop a target sales list and tailored sales approach
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Follow-up and provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive for success
- Familiarity with excel and ability to learn sales software application
- References required
