Studio Eidos is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Design Assistant based in the Chicago area to support our design team. This role is execution-focused and plays a critical part in bringing projects to life behind the scenes.
Prepare and maintain AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans and elevations
Create and update finish schedules and project documentation
Build and organize materials for client presentations (samples, spec sheets, pricing)
Request and track vendor quotes, lead times, and product details
Assist with sourcing on an as-needed basis to support the design team
Support procurement and documentation within Studio Designer/Studio Webware
Maintain organization across project files, selections, and materials
Assist with installs, styling, and on-site project support
Run local errands including sample pickups, returns, and vendor visits
Provide general design team support to ensure projects move efficiently and accurately
