Category: Sales & Marketing
Location: Litchfield
Salary: 50-100k
Job Description

Sister Parish Design is seeking a Sales & Systems Analyst with deep fluency in NetSuite to strengthen our internal operations, streamline sales workflows, and reduce our reliance on external system administrators. This role is ideal for someone who loves building structure, solving problems inside a software ecosystem, and supporting a high-touch, design-driven business.
You’ll play a critical role in improving sales processes, managing data, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment through NetSuite. You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales and a small team to optimize back-end systems, support customers and designers, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you’re a systems-minded operator with strong analytical skills, a service-driven mindset, and the ability to turn workflow chaos into clean pipelines, we’d love to meet you.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Systems Management
Serve as the internal NetSuite expert: configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows, saved searches, custom fields, reports, and dashboards
Proactively identify and implement system improvements to streamline operations across sales, customer service, and inventory
Manage NetSuite integrations (e.g., Shopify) and resolve sync issues
Collaborate with external tech partners on larger system upgrades or new features
Create and manage customer records (Retail, Trade, Showroom, Landscape Architect, International)
Build and update sales quotes, sales orders, and invoices in NetSuite
Track and apply payments, manage reserves, and ensure order accuracy
Support lead intake and pipeline development: open new opportunities, assign follow-up tasks, and track communication in CRM
Maintain resale certificate records, designer application materials, and tax documentation
Run and interpret key reports
Identify and surface insights to support revenue tracking and planning
Monitor system data for anomalies and proactively fix or flag issues
Work directly with the Director of Sales to support daily operations and implement strategic improvements
Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of the customer experience
Support product launches, sales campaigns, and promotional events by ensuring system readiness and reporting accuracy
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–4 years working inside ERP/CRM platforms, ideally NetSuite; experience in luxury goods, interiors, or high-end eCommerce a plus. Systems-Minded: Strong analytical thinking with a builder’s mindset—someone who sees inefficiency and instinctively creates structure. Tech Fluency: Confident configuring NetSuite workflows, Avalera reports, and integrations; basic knowledge of Shopify and inventory systems a plus. Comfortable with light accounting functions like payments, invoicing, tax handling, and financial report generation.
