On October 13, Luxe Interiors + Design magazine and Nina Magnon of Contour Interior Design hosted a modern house tour in Houston’s Piney Point Estates. The 6,300-square-foot contemporary home was brought to life by Contour and Capital Builders.
Among the features of the Energy Star–rated design-build are amenities including Savant Smart System, Dekton and Silestone countertops, and large-scale exotic stone designs. Additional features include two balconies, a water fountain–flanked courtyard entryway, a media room and game room, and a study overlooking the courtyard. The showhouse furniture was provided by BeDesign and Internum & Design, and the art was from Off the Wall Gallery.
