Designers Ashley Hicks and Alexa Hampton, photographer Miguel Flores-Vianna and editors Michael Boodro of Elle Decor, Sophie Donelson of House Beautiful and Pamela Jaccarino of Luxe Interiors + Design, among a roster of international and national design influencers, on the docket for La Cienega Design Quarter’s ninth-ever LEGENDS. The event runs May 9 to 11 and features keynotes, book signings and other programs hewing to a theme of “Your True Colors.”
Keynotes will focus on themes ranging from the usage of white as a color and the influences of global design to a panel with Aerin Lauder on pastels and florals. New York journalists Pilar Viladas and Sarah Medford join Veranda's Clinton Smith, House Beautiful's Sophie Donelson, Cabana magazine's Martina Mondadori and Domino's Jessica Romm Perez as keynote panel moderators.
Additionally, the fair’s yearly Window celebration will feature the work of top designers and firms in 60-plus windows of member LCDQ shops, showrooms and galleries. Among the designers transforming windows this year are a roster of top names from coast to coast: Nick Olsen, Alexa Hampton, Anne Maxwell Foster and Suysel dePedro Cunningham of Tilton Fenwick, and David Kleinberg representing New York; and Schuyler Samperton, David Netto, and Todd Nickey and Amy Kehoe of Nickey + Kehoe from Los Angeles, with Kirill Istomin from Russia and Luigi Esposito from London.
