Designer Anthony Baratta will serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the sixth annual Rising Stars of Interior Design tomorrow at the Decoration and Design Building in New York City.

Hosted by the New York Chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA), the Awards will honor the following winners: Drew McGukin of Drew McGukin Interiors; Matthew Yee of Mathew Yee Interiors; Scout Designs New York partners; and “Rising Starlets” James DeSantis of the Fashion Institute of Technology and Katie Gyeonghee Kil of the New York School of Interior Design.

Drew McGukin’s offices are located in the Flatiron District and his team is currently working on projects in and around Manhattan, the Hamptons, Greenwich CT, Utah, and Atlanta. McGukin is one of 30 founding designers selected by The New York Design Center for Access to Design—a concierge service providing accessibility for consumers to the industry's top design talents and product offerings through NYDC.

Matthew Yee’s keen eye and Asian heritage infuse his spaces with a sense of balance, proportion and timeless elements from the past to create a welcoming space that is unique for each client. Yee’s interiors are defined by fresh and creative looks that transform spaces into a reflection of the owner's personality.

Scout Designs New York partners, Callie Jenschke and Nicki Clendening, are always on the hunt for unique furniture and interesting objets to give their interiors a globally influenced aesthetic. Scout Design's work has been featured in Time Out New York and Lonny Magazine, Daily Candy and on numerous blogs from Martha Stewart Weddings to Style Court, Apartment Therapy and Refinery29. In 2011, they were named one of Traditional Home's Top 20 "New Traditional" Designers to watch.

The Kravet Showroom will host a cocktail reception starting at 5:30 p.m. with the awards presentation to follow. IFDA members and students will be admitted at no charge and guests are $40. For ticket information, click here.
