Home management software company HomeZada last week launched a mobile home-inventory app, inviting designers and other service providers to create digital inventories for clients on their smartphones. The app creates a list of rooms and items in a home; it then catalogs items via the phone’s camera or by uploading existing photos.

The app can manage unlimited properties for different clients; it can also transfer a complete digital copy directly to the clients or share the property with them in real time from mobile to mobile. “Interior designers can use the HomeZada Professional app to track multiple clients’ homes and keep track of all the furniture, fixtures, finishes and decorative items, including photos, colors, brands, prices and any warranties,” explains Elizabeth Dodson, co-founder of HomeZada. “The designers can share this information with their clients during the project, and transfer the information to their clients when they are complete so the homeowners can make sure they are properly insured with an updated home inventory.”

The HomeZada Professional Mobile app is available for both iOS and Android operating systems.
