A Baltimore-based content and commerce site, Home on the Runway (HOTR) is highlighting the relationship between fashion and interior design through shoppable content with a focus on fashionable spaces. All featured products are hand-selected by the editorial team and ship to readers from the site’s partner merchants.

The site’s founder Fanny Zigdon, who is also an interior designer, will be the creative director and voice behind the site. The team has lined up a series of articles featuring bloggers, designers, and everyday people. Regular columns include Trends, A Fashionable Life, In the Spotlight, Styling Tips, My Little Black Book and On the Run, which will give readers a peek into homes, workplaces, brands and boutiques from around the globe—and of course the Design Shop.

“HOTR helps readers create fashionable spaces through tips, shoppable content, and inspiration from everyday people,” said Desire Greene, supporting editor of HOTR. “Our focus isn’t on the most extravagant or expensive, but rather, the most stylish and attainable. We believe that by mixing principles common to fashion and interior design along with an eye for style and a dash of personality, anyone can achieve their dream space.”

Greene shared that HOTR’s goal is to be the ultimate go-to resource for fashion-forward interior design inspiration and guidance, connecting the artists and home decor product designers with the fashion forward Internet savvy shopper.
