Design-furniture firm Sergio Mannino designs new craft center

Sergio Mannino Studio has designed a newly opened arts and crafts center near London. Bubble Splat offers hands-on activities like candle making, soap making, ceramics and painting for all ages. The facility is equipped with brightly colored bookcases, white worktables and matching benches that can be pushed under the tables when not in use. Mannino incorporated storage into the design elements to create a clean and functional space. The room can also be separated by a retractable wall for private events.

On the first floor, the studio created a cafe area, featuring stools by designer Stefano Giovannoni, for parents to enjoy tea or coffee while the children craft upstairs. Bubble Splat is open for classes and private events. Learn more.
