Atlanta-based interior designer Danielle Rollins and architect Bill Ingram launched Rollins Ingram, a full-service design and architecture firm. The new firm specializes in residential and commercial design, architecture, gardens and lifestyles.

Combining Ingram’s penchant towards elegance through simplicity with Rollins’ position as one of the nation’s leading lifestyle experts, the pair strive to balance tradition with trends while handling all projects from beginning to end.

“Having lived on a much grander scale in my past, I can add a fresh perspective because I know how to bring that lifestyle to clients and make building, renovating, decorating and living all blend seamlessly together,” said Rollins. “Bill and I function symbiotically often finishing each other's sentences. When you bring something into your personal space, whether it's an entirely new house, a refreshed one or just a few items to change the feel of a room, you're bringing in part of another persons energy and we have such great energy together and think our clients sense that. We completely amuse ourselves no matter what we are doing and anyone who has seen our selfies know we have a keen appreciation for fun!”

Rollins became a nationally recognized lifestyle expert over three years ago after with the publication of her book Soirée Entertaining with Style and her website. Prior to this, she honed her skills working with renowned interior designers Miles Redd and T. Gordon Little. Bill has been an architect for 27 years, and owner of his own firm, Bill Ingram Architect, for the past two decades.

Ingram and Rollins met through the orchestrations of a longtime Facebook fan and follower that neither had ever met. This fan sent each a private message suggesting they meet for a drink; Rollins proffered the invitation to Ingram the next time he was in Atlanta. The two hit it off, and were fast friends ever since. The Rollins Ingram joint venture became a reality in August 2014.

The efforts of the Rollins Ingram collaboration were most recently seen at the 2014 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Home for the Holidays Designer Show House, where the pair designed the Gentleman’s Study for the showcase.  The room featured dark brown painted paneling, and velvet, leather, plaid prints and antiques. Also featured were elements from Ralph Lauren Home, Diptyque, William Word and Parc Monceau, with whom Rollins maintains brand partnerships.

“We spend all of our time together and we are always talking about something design related,” said Ingram. “We love bouncing ideas off of each other and seeing things in a different light because of our unique approaches and perspectives. We truly have an ideal working relationship because of our mutual appreciation and respect for one another. We simply speak the same language and working together is seamless and so much fun. Danielle really understands the social media and marketing perspective which adds a layer to our team approach.”

Rollins Ingram offices will open soon, and be located in Chicago, New York City, Dallas and Palm Beach. Their ADAC office will open later this month, and they will participate as one of the window designers in ADAC: Behind the Windows. Additionally Rollins Ingram will be showcasing the Her’s Master Bedroom (bath & closet) in the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra 45th Anniversary Decorators' Show House & Gardens, April 18 to May 10.
