A young collectors’ booth, a speaker series, an antiques show, a flower festival, home tours and a patron preview gala will all be part of the Cathedral Antiques Show, heading to the Cathedral of St. Philip in Atlanta over February 5 to 12, 2017. In addition, the Young Collectors’ Home Tour will take guests through five area homes. Among the event’s featured speakers, who will appear at book signings and discussions, are Alexa Hampton, Rebecca Vizard, Chuck Chewning, Laura Dowling, Margot Shaw, Cathy Kincaid and James Farmer

“We are very excited to announce our partnership with the Antiques Council, a professional nonprofit association of antiques dealers that advises leading U.S. antiques shows,” says Cathedral Antiques Show co-chair Laura Cullen. “New highlights this year include contemporary art, a gardening boutique, and a young collectors’ booth. These exciting additions, combined with our phenomenal speaker lineup, promise to enhance this year’s show and broaden its appeal to a variety of audiences.”

The show will also host a flower festival—spaces throughout the fair area as well as on-site at the Cathedral of St. Philip will be decorated with flowers from Atlanta flower guilds.
