About the Role
As Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for our sales operations. You will build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, foster relationships with elite clients and partners, and execute growth strategies that strengthen our leadership in the luxury furniture market. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced, design-driven environments and is motivated by ambitious growth targets.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the U.S.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of top-performing sales professionals and showroom managers.
• Drive new business development while deepening relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment across the business.
• Provide executive leadership with accurate forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven leader with 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the luxury furniture industry.
• Strong record of success in sales management.
• Expertise in strategic planning, territory management, and key account development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to open new markets and grow existing ones.
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a luxury or custom manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
• Established network in luxury goods and furniture markets.
