Job Description

The Verellen Territory Representative is a sales-focused, customer-facing role responsible for driving new growth and managing client relationships within Eastern Florida. The ideal candidate will reside in Southeastern Florida, and being bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
This position combines proactive sales activities with administrative follow-up to ensure an exceptional client experience. The Territory Representative serves as a key liaison between clients, the VP of Sales, the Regional Director, and the High Point-based CSR team to expand Verellen’s account base and brand presence.

Job Requirements

Essential Functions
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Calendar Management
• Provide each prospective client with introduction to Verellen and manage all client communications
• Generate and process quotes and sales orders via CRM system
• Follow up on all outstanding quotes to convert opportunities into sales
• Provide clients with updates on orders, production schedules, and timelines.
• Deliver consistent daily, weekly and monthly reports to Sales leadership team

Reports To
• VP of Sales
• Regional Director

Supervisory Responsibility
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment
Primarily field-based, involving frequent travel to client locations across Eastern Florida

Physical Demands
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and handle materials.
• Transporting sales kits, samples, and suitcases required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
• Full-time, non-exempt position
• Standard hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Travel and flexible scheduling required
• Mandatory extended/weekend hours during Spring and Fall High Point Furniture Markets

Travel
• Average of 4 days per week in territory
• Bi-annual travel to High Point, NC for Furniture Markets.
