Job Requirements

We’re seeking a Territory Manager to represent our brands in Utah. This commission-based position offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established territory and grow it strategically.

This is independent contractor | outside road sales position requiring regular travel throughout the region. Candidates must reside within the Utah territory.

What You’ll Do
•Manage and grow an established territory by analyzing sales data and identifying new business opportunities.
•Develop strong, long-term relationships with retailers, designers, and showrooms.
•Drive sales through creativity, persistence, and a strong understanding of the design marketplace.
•Present collections and all represented product lines with professionalism and enthusiasm.
•Use digital tools and CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and place orders.
•Provide exceptional customer service through prompt communication and follow-through.
•Attend key markets and trade events representing CODARUS and our Product Partners.
•Spend approximately 85% of your time on the road visiting clients within your territory.

What We’re Looking For:
•Proven experience in sales (retail or wholesale) and/or interior design within the home décor industry.
•A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage your territory independently.
•Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
•Digitally savvy — comfortable using iPad tools, email, spreadsheets, CRM, and digital catalogs.
•Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
•Passion for home décor, design trends, and the creative sales process.
•Ability and willingness to travel throughout the territory as needed.
