Job Description

As the Studio Assistant you'll be the go-to person for keeping our team running like a well-oiled machine. You'll support our design, product development, and sales teams with all things operations, ensuring projects flow seamlessly from concept to completion. If you're a master multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail and a knack for creative problem-solving, this role is for you. We need someone proactive, resourceful, and passionate about design who thrives in a fast paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease. This hybrid role is primarily based at our East Hanover, NJ headquarters, offering the flexibility to work remotely. Additionally, occasional travel to our NYC showroom will be required

Client Relations:
o o Schedule and organize client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
o Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
o Assist sales team with client communications, including preparing proposals, contracts, and follow-up correspondence.

Team Support:
o Support the founders and sales team with administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, invoicing/ AP, tech access management and managing digital assets.
o Facilitate team meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
o Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support project needs and studio initiatives.

Operations:
o o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
o Manage schedules, including project timelines, client meetings, and team coordination.
o Maintain inventory of studio supplies and materials, ensuring everything is well-stocked and ordered as needed.
o Own coordination and execution/logistics of all sales collateral and client materials including trade kits, samples, Isla Ipads and event materials
o Ensure project data is up to date in our CRM
o Coordinate with accounting on receivables and AP

Job Requirements

• o 1-2 years of experience in luxury interiors and/or Cabinetry experience highly preferred
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Monday, Asana).
o Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
o Eager to learn and grow within a creative and innovative company.
