Urban Books is a growing firm supporting interior designers nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Studio Designer Bookkeeper to join our fully remote team.
We work closely with our clients and take a hands-on, personal approach, which may include scheduled phone and video calls to review questions and provide ongoing support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accurate bookkeeping and professional client collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Manage transactions in Studio Designer
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Support client invoicing and sales tax data preparation
Prepare financial reports for clients and their CPAs
Communicate clearly with clients and internal team
Requirements:
Accounting experience required
Accounting education preferred
Studio Designer experience required
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
Compensation:
1099 contractor role
Competitive pay based on Studio Designer experience and scope of your role
