FAIR is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our new Los Angeles team and help establish our West Coast presence. Founded by Brad Ford, FAIR is a New York–based design showroom known for its curated roster of American, European, and Japanese makers. The brand represents craftsmanship, material integrity, and thoughtful design — serving as a destination for the trade and uniting designers, architects, and collectors who share an appreciation for timeless, well-made furniture and objects.
Based out of our new Los Angeles showroom, the Senior Sales Representative will engage daily with designers, architects, and private clients, cultivate new business across the region, and represent FAIR at design events and industry gatherings.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the interior design or luxury furnishings industry
Proven success in relationship-driven, trade-focused sales
Familiarity with showroom environments, the design process, and custom furniture production
Strong understanding of design trade clientele and project-based sales
Outside sales experience and established designer network preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Polished, professional demeanor and confident client presentation style
Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the New York team
Strong organizational, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with strategic thinking and genuine enthusiasm for design and craft

As FAIR celebrates its 10th anniversary in New York, the Los Angeles showroom marks an expansion of our mission to champion exceptional makers and meaningful design. Located in West Hollywood, the new space will open in early 2026, in collaboration with The Hudson Company.
