We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Carpet Sales Associate for our Los Angeles-based luxury carpet showroom. Only applicants with substantial experience in the carpet industry will be considered. This role involves managing both showroom sales and outside sales, targeting top-tier interior designers and trade professionals. With your strong network of interior design contacts, excellent follow-up skills, and outstanding organizational abilities, you will drive sales and build long-term relationships with designers and trade professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize deep knowledge of the carpet industry to promote high-end and custom carpet solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier interior designers and trade clients.
• Drive sales growth through a combination of showroom interactions and outside sales efforts.
• Presenting clients with custom carpet options, managing each project from consultation to delivery and installation.
• Ensure seamless communication and follow-up with clients to build trust and repeat business.
• Organize and conduct product presentations and client meetings to showcase our product offerings.
• Proven experience in high-end sales within the carpet industry.
• Established network of contacts within the high-end interior design industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and follow through on client needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
