William Graper Interiors is seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-project environment and who can bring structure, calm, and foresight to both the creative and construction sides of our work.
The Project Manager oversees the operational, logistical, and administrative flow of multiple interior design and construction projects. This person bridges the gap between design, contractors, clients, procurement teams, and vendors—ensuring projects move smoothly, on time, and on budget.
You’re the person who keeps the trains running, follows up before things fall apart, and can hold the macro vision while tracking micro details.
This role is envisioned as full-time, though we’re open to part-time applicants who hope to grow into a larger role as the partnership develops. While we often work remotely, strong communication and a collaborative mindset are essential. Applicants must be based in Los Angeles with knowledge of the market and ability to be on-site when necessary.
