William Graper Interiors is seeking a talented, Los Angeles-based Assistant Designer to join our growing studio. Our work spans high-end residential projects in Los Angeles, New York, Florida, and Texas—each defined by a timeless, emotionally intelligent approach to design.
We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between concept and execution—comfortable developing mood boards, sourcing furnishings and finishes, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing construction details with precision. The ideal candidate is organized, design-obsessed, and professional in client-facing moments, capable of managing multiple projects with clarity and care.
This role is envisioned as full-time, though we’re open to part-time applicants who hope to grow into a larger role as the partnership develops. We’re looking for someone whose strengths and ambitions align with our studio’s creative pace and culture. While we often work remotely, strong communication and a collaborative mindset are essential. Applicants must be based in Los Angeles with knowledge of the market.
