The ideal candidate for this senior designer position possesses exceptional design talent, style, and extensive experience (10 Yrs+) preferably in luxury residential design managing all aspects of high-end residential projects, from concept development and design documentation through sourcing, purchasing, construction administration, installation, and project completion. This individual must be a confident leader, strategic thinker, and trusted advisor to clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.
Key responsibilities for this position:
• Lead sophisticated residential design projects from concept through installation.
• Design, select, specify, and present furniture, cabinetry, window treatments, fabrics, trims, wall coverings, ceiling treatments, floor coverings, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and accessories.
• Develop comprehensive design concepts and presentations that reflect each client's vision and lifestyle.
• Oversee construction administration, including site visits, document review, coordination with contractors, and resolution of design and construction challenges.
• Design custom furniture and oversee bespoke fabrication processes.
• Create furniture proposals, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and installations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal team members.
• Supervise project workflow and prioritize deadlines across multiple active projects.
• Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail throughout all project phases.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent drawing, drafting, and visual presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare specifications, proposals, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to clients and diverse audiences.
