We are in search of a Senior Designer to become a member of our small but mighty team. The Senior designer will work collaboratively with the Principal Designer and Design Director to develop and refine concepts, architectural language, palate and specifications of F.F.E. The Senior will produce all corresponding documentation associated with a project; including: construction documents, shop drawings and realistic visualizations. The Senior will work alongside the project management team to ensure quality and clarity around design intent and build solutions. The Senior Designer will be be an integral part of our team and have real impact with creative outputs they can be proud of and excited about.
-EXPERIENCE: 6+ years of residential interior design
-SKETCH-UP: proficiency (expert-level preferred)
-REVIT or VECTORWORKS: proficiency (either is welcome, both a plus)
-ENSCAPE: proficiency or similar AI assisted rendering tools
-G-SUITE: proficiency navigating the platform/ work flow
-ATTITUDE: curious, driven and enthusiastic disposition. a team player with care for team's well-being.
-TASTE: demonstrates high taste levels and reverence of design/art history.
-KNOWLEDGE: understanding of design/architectural principles, standards and styles. understanding of build process.
