Seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager to support the Principals across all aspects of residential interior design projects. Projects range from ground up construction to full scale commerical and residential renovations. PM must be extremely organized, have strong communication skills, and enjoy collaborating but also know how to work autonomously when needed.
• 3+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Proven background in project management, interior design, or architecture.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a multi-project portfolio simultaneously without losing detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including confident client-facing presentation ability.
• Strong financial acumen — experience managing project budgets and proposal accountability.
• Proficiency with industry platforms (Studio Designer, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, etc).
• Based on near West LA.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in a design-forward or luxury brand environment with high client service expectations.
