This is a senior-level inside sales role with strong visibility and growth potential - ideal for a commercially driven professional who wants to make an impact today and grow into broader responsibility over time.

The Opportunity
As a key member of our NYC team, you will help create a welcoming, design-forward environment that inspires architects, interior designers, and clients from around the world. You’ll act as both host and advisor - delivering exceptional service, driving sales performance, and supporting the overall success of our U.S. business.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

Create an Exceptional Client Experience
Welcome leading designers and clients with warmth, professionalism, and strong product knowledge. Guide them through our collections and help identify the right textile solutions for their projects.

Drive Sales Performance
• Manage inside sales from inquiry through order fulfillment
• Proactively follow up on quotes, reserves, and open orders
• Support territory growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts
• Present collections confidently and support upselling where appropriate
• Analyze sales activity and contribute insights to improve performance

Support Team & Operations
• Collaborate closely with showroom colleagues to maintain high service standards
• Help coordinate weekly priorities and daily showroom flow
• Support operational processes including reporting, commissions, and inventory coordination

Maintain & Elevate the Showroom
• Ensure the showroom is immaculate, inspiring, and easy to navigate
• Keep displays and presentations aligned with seasonal launches and global brand standards
• Assist with local marketing initiatives and in-showroom events to engage the design community

What You Bring
• Proven experience in inside sales, luxury trade, or a design-driven environment
• Textile or interiors background strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with a polished, service-oriented approach
• Motivation to grow professionally within an international company
