A high-end residential design firm in NYC is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural & Interior Designer with 4+ years of professional experience in both architecture and interior design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting, construction documentation, and luxury residential interiors.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills, design sensibility, and the ability to collaborate with our Principal and design team from concept through installation.

Responsibilities
**Architectural Design**
- Produce construction documents, floor plans, elevations, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Translate design concepts into accurate construction drawings.
- Develop custom millwork, cabinetry, lighting, and architectural details.
- Organize AutoCAD drawing sets, conduct code research, and review shop drawings.
- Attend site visits and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants.

**Interior Design**
- Develop cohesive design concepts for high-end residential projects.
- Create furniture plans, layouts, elevations, and custom furniture drawings.
- Source furniture, fabrics, materials, finishes, lighting, and accessories.
- Prepare client presentations and design recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Principal and design team to integrate architectural and interior elements.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Assist with installations and project completion.

**Project Coordination**
- Coordinate architectural and interior design deliverables.
- Maintain organized drawings and project documentation.
- Monitor timelines and resolve design or construction issues.
- Review shop drawings, vendor quotes, and material samples.
- Assist with procurement and installations.

- 4+ years of experience in both architectural and interior design, preferably in high-end residential projects.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, including 3D renderings.
- Experience producing architectural construction documents.
- Knowledge of residential construction, detailing, and building codes.
- Experience with space planning, custom furniture, millwork, and finishes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and design skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
