We are a 7-person architecture and interiors firm seeking a Senior Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly experienced architect who is both conceptually strong and technically rigorous—someone who can lead complex projects from vision through execution while mentoring teams and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and fabricators.
As a Senior Architect, you will play a leadership role within the studio, overseeing projects at various phases. You will be responsible for design integrity, technical excellence, and clear communication. The position requires a balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on problem-solving.
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch required)
8+ years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio of built work
Proven experience leading high-end residential and/or commercial projects
Deep knowledge of construction systems, detailing, and building codes
Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit and Rhino a plus
Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing deadlines
We specialize in high-end residential and light-commercial projects, currently managing 25 projects across NY and CA. The scope of projects are mostly interior renovations, with some ground-up new construction.
