John Rosselli & Associates is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team in the Chicago showroom, located at the MART. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of the showroom, which is open exclusively to industry professionals. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will be expected to provide an exceptional and elevated customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through product selections and effectively close sales.
• Conduct outreach to key trade accounts in the interior design and architecture community.
• Nurture relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on outstanding quotes to drive sales.
• Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of our product lines.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance to the highest standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; previous showroom experience is required.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Established client base of interior design and architecture professionals is a plus.
