Key Responsabilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at the gallery, welcome, advise and assist visitors
- Maintain the highest standards of gallery presentation ; keep the gallery clean and organized at all times, ensure that gallery and office supplies are always available
- Assist the Sales Team in all aspects of the furniture sales process – communicate with clients, schedule appointments, send price lists and catalogs, gather client informations, send fabric/ finish samples to clients, etc.
- Oversee some of the after-sales process – invoices, track/ follow up on payments, send photos of completed furniture
- Keep client records up to date in the CRM, ensuring that billing and delivery information is accurate, that certificates retail sales are archived, etc.
- Assist with occasional sales and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide support during gallery openings, special activations. Flexibility is required, including occasional overtime or extended hours.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing or sales role
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Outlook suite
- Impeccable attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a showroom, gallery, or retail environment is a plus but not mandatory

The brand has recently expended its presence to the United States, opening its first gallery last May in New York City. Our team currently consists of 2 people in NYC and 17 in Paris.
