We're looking for an experienced Residential Interior Designer to join our growing studio in The Plains, VA (DC Metro). This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work directly with our Principal and Design Team on high-end residential projects across the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses a refined design eye, strong technical skills, and a passion for creating timeless interiors.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Interior Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Design Studio in The Plains, VA, right outside of Washington, DC.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be deeply involved in all aspects of the design process. The ideal candidate is ambitious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of projects while collaborating closely with our Owner and design team to deliver exceptional residential interiors.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION WE ARE SEEKING
- 3+ years of residential interior design experience
- 1+ year professional work experience using SketchUp and Photoshop
- Experience in architecture, cabinetry or construction is a strong plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Houzz Pro, Asana, Slack, or Dubsado is a plus
- Must have full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Ability to work on-site in The Plains, VA at least 4 days per week (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). No weekends required
