Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of high-end interior design projects from concept through installation. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at balancing creative vision with operational precision. The Project Manager will ensure that all projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and design intent while maintaining the highest level of quality and client satisfaction. This is a full time, in office position.

Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Coordination
Manage 5-8 full-service residential projects concurrently, from design presentation through installation (typically 8–24 month timelines).
Serve as the primary liaison between Principal Designer and clients, vendors, contractors, and the internal design teamto execute projects.
Develop, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Conduct site visits and oversee quality control throughout each phase of the project. Travel to multiple states is required.

Procurement & Vendor Management
As part of overall project management this position is expected to oversee alongside the principal the management of a purchasing coordinator and multiple junior designers to efficiently purchase, track, and expedite furnishings, fixtures, and materials.
Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artisans, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality craftsmanship and service.

Documentation & Logistics
Ensure that all drawings, specifications, and documentation are current and accurately reflect design intent with help from in house drafter/junior designer.
Maintain organized digital project files and correspondence using Studio Designer, Dropbox, Indesign, Powerpoint, excel, googlesheets.
Coordinate site visits, installations, and client presentations

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in interior design or luxury residential construction managing multiple projects
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
Strong vendor and contractor management skills with a proven track record of successful collaboration
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Highly detail-oriented with impeccable follow-through and accountability
Proficiency with project management software, including Studio Designer.
Able to commute regularly for client meetings and site visits. Travel expected 1-4 days per week to job locations. Travel to vendors and showrooms also expected.
