Leo Designs is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator/Studio Manager to support the team and the seamless execution of our interior design projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, and takes pride in ensuring every detail is handled accurately and efficiently with a calm demeanor.
The Procurement Coordinator manages all purchasing activities across multiple projects, serving as the central point of coordination between designers, vendors, workrooms, freight carriers, and installers.This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to track many moving parts simultaneously. Your attention to detail and follow-through will directly support the quality and consistency our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Coordinator
Manage end-to-end procurement for furniture, lighting, materials, custom pieces, and services
Prepare, process, and track proposals, purchase orders, and invoices using Studio Designer
Request and review vendor quotes, confirm pricing, lead times, and order details
Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, freight carriers, and installers to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Track shipments and delivery schedules; proactively resolve discrepancies or delays
Maintain accurate purchasing logs, expediting schedules, and documentation
Provide clear, timely status updates to the design team
Support installation coordination and follow-up as needed
Office Manager
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed for office management such as upkeep of office technology, ordering supplies,scheduling vendor presentations and coordinating Principal travel.
3+ years of procurement experience within the interior design industry preferred
Proficiency in Studio Designer (required) Canva and Google Suite
Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and communicate in a manner that strengthens vendor relations and client satisfaction
Self-motivated , positive attitude, and collaborative team player
Valid driver’s license and car
