This role represents Pierre Frey across Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Kentucky, with a strong preference for the candidate to be based in Nashville, one of the fastest-growing luxury residential markets in the region.
The Outside Sales Representative will cultivate deep relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and trade professionals throughout these four states. The role requires regular travel, strategic territory management, and strong collaboration with our showroom network and national sales leadership.
This position focuses on growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and elevating Pierre Frey’s presence across key Southeastern design hubs such as Nashville, Memphis, Birmingham, Huntsville, Louisville, Lexington, Oxford, and Jackson.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain relationships
*Represent the Pierre Frey brand
*Strategically manage time between showroom, appointments, and travel
*Collaborate closely with the showroom team and U.S. leadership
*Monitor regional market trends and share insights
*Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, reporting, and forecasting
Qualifications
*5+ years of outside sales/business development experience
*Luxury residential design experience preferred
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus
*Strong relationship-building ability
*Ability to travel extensively throughout territory
