Job Description

The Operations Director will work closely with the Principal Designer and team to oversee the day-to-day operations of both the design studio and the retail store. This is a dynamic role that spans bookkeeping, procurement, public relations, and team coordination. The ideal candidate has a proactive mindset, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and has a passion for home design and business operations.

Key responsibilities include: Studio Operations and Business Support, Bookkeeping and Financial Coordination, Retail Store Management, Marketing and Public Relations

Job Requirements

- Experience in operations, office management, or retail management — preferably in a design-related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with interior design processes, furnishings, or materials is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a small, hands-on, entrepreneurial team
- Tech-savvy; able to learn and manage project management and finance software: Proficiency in Studio Designer, Google Workspace, and project management tools would be preferred
