Position Overview
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports Infinity Drain’s sales and marketing functions by managing critical tools, resources, and initiatives that drive brand visibility and sales performance. This role acts as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, sales representatives, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs, shows, events, and campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for the luxury building products industry.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or customer service, preferably in the kitchen & bath, plumbing, or luxury building products industry.
Tradeshow & Event Coordination - support planning and execution for all tradeshows, buying groups, and industry-related events.
Proficiency in CRM systems (NetSuite preferred), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
